▶ Play freeStart a party in three steps
- Open the game at rubble-rally.vercel.app and pick a name and a kart. No account and no sign-up.
- Create a party. You get a four-letter party code and a link that looks like
rubble-rally.vercel.app/p/ABCD. - Send the link in any chat app. Friends tap it and land in your party. In the chat, the link shows a card with your name and the map you are on.
Friends on the same Wi-Fi see your party at once, which is handy on a sofa or in a classroom. A party holds up to eight players. If you are fewer, bots fill the empty seats so every round still has a full grid, and you can start with just two people.
Phone, tablet, laptop: everyone plays together
There is nothing to install, so it does not matter who has which device. One friend can be on an iPhone, another on an Android phone and a third on a Windows laptop or a Mac. Phones steer with touch buttons or by tilting; computers use the keyboard or a gamepad. See how to play for all the controls.
What to play together
The best way to play with friends is the Show: a knockout of short rounds picked by a roulette, ending in a final race to the helicopter. In a party you also get the rounds made for people who know each other: Hide & Seek with karts disguised as street props, Zombie Tag, and Musical Parking, which is musical chairs with one bay too few. Read every round on the game modes page.
Getting knocked out early is still fun. Out players become Wreckers who drop rubble on the leaders, and a good hit can win your seat back. That keeps the whole group in the game until the final, which matters on a party night.
You can also just race. Pick a track from Neon Tokyo to Mars, drift, fire items and smash the track while it breaks under you. After each race you get a rematch with the same party and party awards like "Most wrecks" and "Biggest comeback".
Good to know
- Free: the whole game is free to play in the browser.
- No download: it loads in a few seconds and then works offline for solo races.
- Short rounds: a round takes about a minute, so a full Show fits into a break.
- Same room or far apart: play on one sofa over Wi-Fi, or with friends in other cities over the party link.
